“Our guide, Matt, was truly outstanding. He went above and beyond to navigate us through Zermatt, shared helpful tips throughout the day, and made the experience enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, patient, and personable—10/10, and we would absolutely book with him again. Unfortunately, our 2-star rating reflects the company’s organization and lack of transparency. The tour is marketed as a “VIP” guiding experience, but the logistics fell far short of that description. The Viator webpage provided very little practical information in advance. We were not told what lift tickets to purchase, where to rent equipment, or realistic rental costs. The listing stated “Ski & Snowboard Hire – estimated CH...”
