Our disappointing story: The driver texted us the morning of the tour requesting to pick us up early, which should have been the first red flag for a scheduled tour time. Upon arrival at the Lindt museum the driver parked and said he had to come inside with us to get our tickets, another red flag. The screen at reception stated the tickets were sold out for the day and the driver took a photo of the screen and excused himself outside to make a phone call.…”
