“Itinerary/hotel were excellent. Group size was far too big, day 2 baggage logistics left much to be desired. Trip was basically designed as two day trips. Only 6 people out of multiple bus loads selected the overnight option. We were instructed to meet at the Terminal Stop in Grinderwald day 2 in front of the Linde chocolate shop upstairs. We did NOT want to lug baggage any part of day 2. So, we met the bus downstairs to get our luggage loaded. Unaware how many buses were going, the luggage was loaded on the wrong bus. Thankfully, Valdimir, a guide on another bus, called the driver and had our luggage…”

“Mount pilatus was nice but Titilus was a nightmare. Strong winds prevented us reaching the summit and we only found out from the tour guide in the morning. Because it was an overnight tour we were either stuck in Lucerne to find our own way back to Zurich, or to continue the tour but just stay at the base town. The base town was pretty average and not worth the high cost of the tour. I recomended doing day tours from zurich to both of these places separately as the accommodation in lucerne was also average.
